Certified Nutritionist (CN) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
We are looking for a Certified Nutritionist (CN) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults who struggle with chronic dieting, disordered eating, eating disorders and general health behavior change. We are a values-driven group and look forward to collaborating with other like-minded clinicians in offering compassionate, non-judgemental eating disorder care. In addition to providing client-facing nutrition care, your clinical responsibilities also include documentation and electronic charting for each client and relevant administrative tasks required for excellent client care.
Non-clinical responsibilities include managing your Sunrise email, six blog posts per year, and one hour of networking per month. You will also attend required supervision and monthly staff meetings and peer consults. -
We have both part-time and full-time positions available. Part-timers have a 16-24 scheduled client hours per week; full-timers have 25-32 client hours per week.
Our care model is currently hybrid; our clinicians have at least one day in-office and one day work from home per week.
This position will ask the clinician to be in the office on Mondays. -
CNs and RDNS are paid $50-$62 per clinical hour, dependent upon clinical experience. Clinicians are paid $25/hr for all required meetings and supervisions. Depending on number of clients served, the take-home for full-timers range anywhere from $62K - 96K per year.
Part-time benefits include: PTO, CEU reimbursement, 401K + matching, professional license reimbursement, liability insurance coverage, technology benefit, and access to our Social Justice Fund.Full-time benefits include everything listed above + health insurance: medical, vision and dental.
We offer flexible scheduling, a warm and inviting office space, clinical supervision, group consultation and practice-building support. We also have a full-service billing, client onboarding/offboarding and operations staff to manage the non-clinical aspects of your caseload.

We ask applicants to have at least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in eating disorder care, as well as an active and in-good-standing CN or RDN license in the state of Washington.
