Hi there! My name is Cynthia, I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist and I use She/Her/Hers pronouns. I serve teenagers and adults across the eating disorder spectrum.  I have a particular interest working with BIPOC, neurodivergent individuals, and folks who are ready to begin their journey with body image healing. I utilize weight-inclusive and non-diet frameworks such as HAES® and Intuitive Eating to support individuals with building confidence in nourishing themselves and learning/relearning how to identify and honor their bodies unique needs.

As a queer and first-generation Mexican-American, I have found liberation in community, self-compassion, and by learning how to access my voice when navigating predominantly white, cis-gendered and heteronormative spaces. My lived experiences inform and shape the social justice work that I strive to lead and live by.

When I’m not supporting clients in this work I am spending time with my goofy pups (Gus and Georgie), listening to a Julien Baker album, reviving my sourdough starter, and carving out a linocut print!
