Hi, my name is Cynthia, I am a registered dietitian, and you may use any pronouns when referring to me. I serve teens and adults with diagnosed eating disorders, people who are experiencing disordered eating, and individuals who want to explore their relationship with food and their body.

My hope is to provide a safe space for my clients and guide them along their own individual healing journey. Having previously worked at a higher level of eating disorder care, I specialize in working with people across the eating disorder spectrum. In my previous career in social work, I specialized in working with youth and families in foster care and adoption.

My clinical approach is client centered as I believe we are all experts on our own body and experiences in it. My work is informed by anti-diet, Health At Every Size (HAES), and All Foods Fit perspectives. As I explored the origins and impacts of diet culture, I learned that it is deeply rooted in oppressive systems affecting marginalized communities. My goal is to lead with anti-oppression and dismantle the harm of diet culture one person at a time.

In my free time I love to cook, read books, and play video games. Centering myself with mindful movement is important to me. I enjoy yoga, trail walks, hikes, and snowshoeing.
