Hi! I’m Rosanna Sze (she/they) and I’m a therapist practicing in the state of Washington. My healing approach supports folks in gaining insight and building compassion for the many aspects of their internal existence. I honor the adaptive ways a person has survived stress, trauma and systemic oppression with non-judgment and empathy. I collaborate with those who I work with to support them in establishing belonging in their bodies and aliveness in their values. Additionally, I work with family and support systems in deepening connection, cultivating loving boundaries and practicing relational repair.

I center social justice within my practices and am committed to dismantling and undoing the harms of racial capitalism, gender based violence and diet culture. As a second generation, bilingual Chinese American, I take on a multicultural and intergenerational lens in my healing practice.

In my free time, I enjoy cuddles with my pup, adventures around the PNW, cooking and sharing food with loved ones, dabbling in watercolor and photography, and deepening my connection with community.
