75 - 90 Minute Initial Session
The initial session is longer because I'll spend it learning about you and your food and health story. Afterwards, we'll discuss your goals and come up with some steps we can do to move you closer to them.
50 Minute Follow up Sessions
The hardest part isn't knowing what to do. It's knowing how to do it. We'll identify and tackle obstacles and challenges as they arise. We'll celebrate wins and victories as they happen. Follow up sessions provide support for you as you make changes and work towards your goals.
